學院培訓項目乃依據「社會服務機構人員勝任能力模型」*和「社會服務機構培訓需要調查」的結果策劃。由於課程設計從清晰的職能勝任及社福機構從業員的需要出發,故學院所提供的培訓活動能有效支援社福機構從業員的工作,有助其協助及帶領機構的運作與發展。
