Session 1 : Coaching is one popular training initiative nowadays. It is increasingly recognized as one of the most effective ways to create dynamic organizations of which they are able to maximize the use of their internal resources to respond and adapt to challenges and opportunities. A coaching culture improves productivity through increased employee engagement, and staff and service user satisfaction. It ensures the retention of talent and the success in internal promotions through increased leadership capability.
