建立制度和系統 讓機構成功推行教練模式


Introduction

現時,很多主管、團隊隊長或人力資源從業員都學習以教練模式 (coaching) 去管理及督導不同階層、職級及年齡層的同事,讓其成長進步。若機構內部能營造教練模式文化,更可讓有此能力的同工更容易地以教練模式提升同事、團隊、甚至機構的績效。到底,甚麼是教練模式?要將之變成文化,是注意的是什麼?

• 使教練模式成為一個重要的管理工具(如何,從哪方面,從哪裡開始?)

• 通過教練模式提升個人和機構績效

• 在機構中建立和維持教練模式的案例研究和最佳實踐
