【FULL】Managing Recruitment and Selection Processes with Equal Opportunities
Introduction
The first stage of the talent management cycle is talent attraction. It refers to the first impression of the candidates towards the organization. Managing recruitment and selection processes with equal opportunities helps organizations to attract suitable talents. On the contrary, if discrimination appears during the process, it not only affects the intention of the talents on applying jobs of the organization, but also brings legal liability.
We have invited Equal Opportunities Commission to hold the seminar in order to enhance participants’ understanding of the application of the 4 Anti-Discrimination Ordinances, and to share how NGOs could incorporate good practices of anti-discrimination into the process.
