perspective? What kinds of HR risks will be anticipated if organisational
health issues are not properly addressed?
A health check of the HRM system and policies will be of great importance to your
agency in reviewing and improving the effectiveness of your people
management. This information talk will introduce to you a framework of key
areas that should be covered in the health check process and indicators being
used.

With over forty years of service in the people management profession, Mr Lai is experienced in HR management strategy, reward management, performance management, employee engagement and succession planning. Prior to his current role, he was the Group HR Manager of CLP Holdings, Ltd., the parent company of China Light & Power Group, managing the Group's remuneration policies and practices, as well as its HR Information System.
