Ms Lam has been in managerial positions of social services since 1983, with experiences in youth services, elderly services, social work education and training. Currently she serves the government, educational institutes, NGO and enterprise of Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas countries for research, training and strategic consultancy. Rita was the co-founder of Hong Kong Federation of Women‘s Centers, Cyber Senior Network Development Association Ltd, Hand-in-hand Network for Tsunami Suffering Families in Hong Kong. She is Associate Fellow of Hong Kong Professional Counseling Association.
