Mr. CHOU Dicky 仇德基先生
Founder and Executive Director
High Impact Management Consulting Limited
Since 1996, Mr. Chou has been providing management consulting services to business corporations, government offices, and NGOs on strategic planning, business process reengineering, Malcolm Baldrige Assessment, Management Development and cultural change projects. Dicky is a veteran consultant in driving organization transformation, through nurturing internal change agents, mass communication and cultural change programmes. Throughout his career, he has consistently assisted his clients in enhancing their management systems, leading to the recognition of three of them with prestigious management awards received from the Hong Kong Management Association, including the Hong Kong Society for the Aged. Mr. Chou is the co-author of two books: “《變革現生機 - 耆康會給企業管理的啟示》,” published by Ming Pao Publications Ltd., and “《流程改善自學教材套》,” published by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service. |
