Ms Wong has 20 years of solid experience in HR. She started her career as an HR practitioner in HSBC, and has worked at renowned organizations such as University of Hong Kong, Hospital Authority, Dairy Farm and Pfizer. In the past ten years, she focused on customer service training, management development, professional training and organization development. She creatively integrates the wisdom of counseling into her training, with specialized in experiential and personal effectiveness training. When working with groups and individuals, she became a conduit creating a space that encourages transformation on their part. Rita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies and obtained a Master’s degree in Buddhist Studies.

Characteristics

3. HR specialists are invited to be trainers

Certificates
1. "Certificate in Human Resource Management for NGOs” will be issued by the HKCSS Institute to participants who enrolled for the full certificate course, including sessions 1 to 5, and with attendance at least 24 hours out of 30 hours.
2. Attendance Certificates will be issued to participants upon completion of each individual whole session.


Course Structure
For certificate course, compulsory sessions are 1a, 3, 4 & 5. For selective sessions, please choose either 1b or 1c & 2a or 2b or 2c. Please choose your desired selective sessions at the time submitting your application form.
