    Chief Officer (Social Development), Policy Research and Advocacy
    The Hong Kong Council of Social Service
    Mr Keith Wong is currently the Chief Officer (Social Development) of the HKCSS. He is responsible for three major areas of work concerning the social service sector and the society, namely social development, social research for service excellence, and social impact assessment. Previously, he worked in the Council as the Officer (Policy Research and Advocacy) and managed different research projects. Keith received his Bachelor of Social Science degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Master of Social Work from The University of Hong Kong. He is a registered social worker in Hong Kong.
    Mr. HO Chun Kit , Charles 何俊傑先生
    Officer, Policy Research and Advocacy
    The Hong Kong Council of Social Service
    Mr Ho is mainly held responsible for policy and service research and the publication of Policy Bulletin in the Council. Currently he is conducting a private rental housing policy research and a mental illness service research. Before joining the Council, he has worked on the poverty research and advocated for the poverty line and the low income working family allowance in other NGOs. Besides, he was a part-time lecturer in the community colleges or university to teach social policy and research method. Charles received his Bachelor of Social Science degree and Master of Philosophy in Sociology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
