Introduction

Are there any other tools or checklist that we can use to review the effectiveness of social service agencies in Hong Kong from the human resources perspective? What kinds of HR risks will be anticipated if organisational health issues are not properly addressed?

A health check of the HRM system and policies will be of great importance to your agency in reviewing and improving the effectiveness of your people management. This information talk will introduce to you a framework of key areas that should be covered in the health check process and indicators being used.

Prior to his current role, he was the Group HR Manager of CLP Holdings, Ltd., the parent company of China Light & Power Group, managing the Group's remuneration policies and practices, as well as its HR Information System. He is also a regular speaker and guest lecturer at local universities and professional bodies.
