Mrs. NG , Florence 伍謝倩雯女士
Seasoned HR Professional
Having worked as a Human Resource Leader for over 20 years mostly in the financial industry and public service sector both in Hong Kong and Canada, Mrs Florence Ng has been actively involved in human resources as a generalist, with outstanding accomplishments in organizational capability and leadership development, rewards, organizational effectiveness and regional resources management. She is a pioneer in developing and implementing in-house coaching and mentoring programmes to unlock the potentials of individuals through coaching and on-the-job experience. The organizations she served including Philips, Aetna, Workers Compensation Board, Standard Chartered Bank, Lloyds Bank, CIBC and HSBC. Florence holds the degrees in MBA and BA (Hons) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong; MSc (Engineering) from the University of Hong Kong; and the destination of Certified Human Resource Professional (Ontario, Canada). She was the award winner of the 2008 “Best HR Leader” in Hong Kong.
