    Mr Ho was appointed PR adviser to the Chief Executive of the HKSAR Government from February 2006 to June 2012. As Information Coordinator of the Chief Executive’s Office, he was tasked with overseeing the public communication aspects of all major government policies and issues.
    He took a pivotal role in shaping the government’s reactions to a wide spectrum of crises. He also oversaw the launch of the Facebook page and other online presences of the Chief Executive’s Office. After his term of office, Mr Ho has helped both business concerns and public bodies to boost their readiness to tackle crisis situations involving the new media.
    He is a veteran media practitioner and has served as communication strategist for a wide spectrum of corporations, utility concerns, public bodies and government units, including recently the Automall, CLP Power, the Hospital Authority and the Baptist University of Hong Kong. He specializes in the reading and shaping of public opinions. Over 10,000 officials and executives have attended his communication courses over the decades.
    Mr Ho was the Chief Editorialist of Ming Pao and Political Editor of the South China Morning Post. He had hosted several programs for the Commercial Radio, Metro Radio and RTHK. He also edited the Who's Who in the HKSAR and wrote two books on crisis communication and media skills.
