Speaker(s)	:	Prof. WANG , Caroline Adjunct Professor Department of Management, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Prof Caroline Wang was appointed as Adjunct Professor of School of Business and Management, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in 2003 when she was the highest ranked Asian female executive at IBM globally. She has more than 30 years of working experiences in the US and across Asia Pacific. Professor Wang is now a full time Professor of Business Practice at HKUST as well as Board Director for 4 companies in Technology, Media, Pharmaceutical, and Fashion industries. She has taught MBA, Executive MBA, and executive development programs at many leading universities. Ms. LEE , Anthea Deputy Chief Executive The Society of Rehabilitation and Crime Prevention Hong Kong Anthea is the Deputy Chief Executive of the Society of Rehabilitation and Crime Prevention, Hong Kong (SRACP), overseeing offender rehabilitation service, crime prevention education, volunteer work and employment service as well as fundraising events. She is also the General Manager of Bright Services Company Limited, a social enterprise established in 1997 under SRACP. Anthea was the student of Prof Caroline Wang when she was pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in HKUST on a scholarship granted by the Business School in 2015-17.
