Some local NGOs even has or has planned to have their own user experience team. In this competitive age, no longer will users be satisfied with only getting a good product or service. They want a fulfilling total experience before or after they choose among different brands of similar products or services provided. This engaging and practical workshop will take you through the design of a total user journey. Ms Butt develops and delivers on an intensive curriculum that includes Marketing, Branding and Communications to Corporate Clients in need of such skillsets. She is currently the lead trainer for the Marketing Academy for Hong Kong Telecom CSL. She also trains on subjects such as Strategic Planning and Account Management in various Advertising Agencies, and at the Bank of Beijing on Branding and Cultural Integration. As well, she lectures at the Hong Kong Baptist University on Advertising Management. Prior to her life as a trainer, Carolyn has built strong brands for a diverse array of industries in Asia and North America for over 20 years, and is highly regarded in the industry for her strong strategic mind and her ability to inspire award-winning creative work that generates results for her clients. She has developed sizzling campaigns that have received well over a hundred advertising and marketing awards from Asia, USA and Canada.

Kenneth has a business, communications and design background, and he has been in youth work service field for almost 10 years. During the time he serves the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, he founded the Youth S.P.O.T. Magazine (青年空間雜誌), developed and took lead of the user-centric design unit, oversaw youth entrepreneurship and social innovation services, supervised social enterprises, coordinated and steered the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong (前海深港青年夢工場) and Chengdu-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub (蓉港青年創新創業夢工場) Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub, oversaw the M21.hk multimedia hub and creative education unit of the Federation.
