Leadership styles, leader’s communication styles, and healthy workplace building
Three levels of interventions of employee stress management and prevention: from job reassignment to treatment and recovery process of individual
Early recognition and management of stressed employees’ possible problems and prompts in workplace including behavior risk management
Basic coaching to stressed employees: GROW Model & Seven-step problem solving model
Case studies include "Managing Suicide within Organization”

Dr. MAU Kwok Bun , Paul 繆國斌博士
Seasoned Corporate Trainer
Paul is a seasoned corporate trainer, consultant, and a Family Therapist. He has provided psychotherapy services more than 12 years. Recently, he is an adjunct faculty and a clinical supervisor of the “Master of Art in Professional Counselling” degree under Olivet Nazarene University and HKICC. Paul is also a HKU part-time lecturer. He has conducted workshops and seminars including project management; psychological aspects of the management; interpersonal skills; workplace stress management; PM’s EQ Series; Psychological Management in Organization Change for OCGIO, and so on. Participants of these workshops came from ICT, consulting, banking & securities, construction, utilities, manufacturers, clinicians, university staffs & lecturers, NGOs, PMIHK, HKCSSI and so on.
