Objective

Ÿ To understand and improve of employees’ psychological well-being and organizational effectiveness

Ÿ Employees’ psychological well-being and organizational effectiveness
Ÿ Leadership styles, leader’s communication styles, and healthy workplace building 
Ÿ Three levels of interventions of employee stress management and prevention: from job reassignment to treatment and recovery process of individual 
Ÿ Early recognition and management of stressed employees’ possible problems and prompts in workplace including behavior risk management
Ÿ Basic coaching to stressed employees: GROW Model & Seven-step problem solving model 
Ÿ Case studies include "Managing Suicide within Organization”

Seasoned Corporate Trainer
Paul is a seasoned corporate trainer, consultant, and a Family Therapist. He has provided psychotherapy services more than 12 years. Recently, he is an adjunct faculty and a clinical supervisor of the “Master of Art in Professional Counselling” degree under Olivet Nazarene University and HKICC. Paul is also a HKU part-time lecturer. He has conducted workshops and seminars including project management; psychological aspects of the management; interpersonal skills; workplace stress management; PM’s EQ Series; Psychological Management in Organization Change for OCGIO, and so on. Participants of these workshops came from ICT, consulting, banking & securities, construction, utilities, manufacturers, clinicians, university staffs & lecturers, NGOs, PMIHK, HKCSSI and so on.
