The Institute of Crisis and Risk Management
Dr Lee is the chairman of The Institute of Crisis and Risk Management. Over twenty five years’ management consulting experience in Asia, he has helped many corporations to solve the areas of critical business issues, cases, and risks and crises. He is a regular professional adviser and keynote speaker at various multinationals and conferences in areas of issue and case management, risk and crisis management, and strategic business and general management. His research is concerned with the full spectrum of risk and crisis management and has appeared in several academic journals, HBR, and professional articles, white papers, and case reviews in a variety of popular press, based primarily on original field research.
Dr. Chang , Joyce 陳秀嫻博士

Hong Kong Shue Yan University
Dr Chang is now Head of Department of Social Work and Associate Professor at Hong Kong Shue Yan University. She has obtained the Professional Certificate of Certified Risk and Crisis Management Planner, and undergone the trainers-course under Dr Freddii Lee. She hopes to promote and integrate the theory of risk and crises management into the welfare field with her ample past experiences as head of a large NGO and pilot in various projects. She is well equipped to assist Dr Lee in the case discussion relevant to the welfare field.

Course Fee and Scholarship
1. HK$9,800
2. The course has been included in the list of reimbursable courses for Continuing Education Fund (CEF). For application of CEF, please refer to p.53 for more information on CEF.
3. Scholarship of HK$1,960 (20% of the course fee) would be available for students who have successfully completed the course and the required examination.
Admission Requirements:

Assessment
The formal assessment of the course consists of assignment(s) and an examination. To pass the course, students must pass in both the assignment part and the examination

Certificates
1. Certificates will be issued by ICRM, HKSYC and HKCSS to students upon successful completion of the course and the required examination.
2. Certificate holders would be awarded the title of "Certified Risk Planner” (核准風險評估策劃師) if they register as a member of ICRM (Member assessment fee: HK$1,200; member annual fee: HK$400).
