Employment Related Ordinances – Refresher Course with Case Studies (Session 2)
Introduction
This refresher course is designed for those who have had basic knowledge of employment related legislations. The trainer will mainly use court cases to illustrate application of the legislations and their implications so as to reinforce participants’ understanding of employment related legislations. Case analysis and group discussion on NGO cases will be included to enhance practical experience exchange among participants.

With over forty years of service in the people management profession, Mr Lai is experienced in HR management strategy, reward management, performance management, employee engagement and succession planning.
