Scrum在英語中是橄欖球運動中爭球的意思，是全隊人通力合作把球運到後方的方式，沒有好的團隊合作，一致及明確的目標，是不能得分的。Scrum的概念，最初用於為軟件開發項目，後來也發展至其他應用上。Scrum是完成複雜項目的敏捷框架(Agile Framework)，適用於以項目及團隊為導向的組織工作及營運，它可用於任何複雜、創新的工作範圍。Scrum框架看來簡單，但它的可能性卻是無限。
其中一個重點快捷的體驗是「每日站立會議」，在特定的衝刺里程中，每一天都會舉行項目狀況會議，被稱為「scrum」或「每日站立會議」。每日站立會議要準時開始；會議歡迎所有人參加，但不是所有人都可發言；不論團隊規模大小，會議也是15分鐘；所有出席者都應站立；會議在固定地點和每天的同一時間舉行…scrum當中還有很多有趣的概念，請一起在課程中發掘，用一半時間做兩倍的事。
