Dr. Anthony Tak Kin Wong is a distinguished corporate trainer, HR management expert, public speaker and leadership researcher with 27 years of cross-industry senior management experience spanning Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland, and the broader Asia Pacific region. He has taken up core HR leadership positions at renowned Fortune Global 500 corporations and leading listed enterprises including Nestlé, Sony, Hutchison Whampoa, SCMP, Dairy Farm, RedMart, Avery Dennison and Johnson Electric, covering media, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, manufacturing and high-tech industries.

Since 2010, Dr. Wong has developed and delivered practical people management, presentation, communication and soft skills training alongside professional HR consultancy for more than 100 NGOs and social service bodies. He develops public and in-house workshops plus customized HR consultancy services for NGO management, frontline supervisors and professional practitioners, with core focuses on leadership development, talent management, performance management, stakeholder engagement, crisis resolution and organizational strategy tailored to non-profits’ unique mission-driven operational culture.

Beyond training facilitation, Dr. Wong serves as a lecturer and researcher specializing in leadership styles, human resources management and workplace disability inclusion. He works as Researcher at SBS Swiss Business School and Assistant Editor of the SBS Journal of Applied Business Research, while holding prestigious advisory board and committee vice-chair and member roles across prominent non-profit organizations.

Academically, he holds a BBA from HKUST, a master’s degree from HKU and a Doctor of Business Administration from SBS Swiss Business School. He is a DDI-certified facilitator in performance management and targeted selection interviewing, as well as a Franklin Covey certified presentation trainer.


Ms. LAM , Lois 林莉君女士

Ms Lam has over 10 years’ experience in the social service sector. She specializes in NGO’s capacity building and cross-sectoral collaboration. She assisted the Council to establish the HKCSS Institute in 2007 with an aim to enhance management quality of the sector. Ms Lam has provided management consultancy on organization review and talent development for a number of organizations. She is also the project-in-charge of salary survey and competency modeling on leadership. She is a certified DISC behavioral consultant of the Institute for Motivational Living and certified practitioner of Workplace Big Five Profile of the Center for Applied Cognitive Studies (CentACS), USA, and Harrison AssessmentsTM. She holds an EMBA (HKUST), MSc in Social and Public Communication (LSE) and a GDip in Management Consulting (HKU).
Ms. SO , Bonnie 蘇婉嫻女士
Secretary General
Hong Kong Red Cross
Ms So hosts Master Degree in New Media, and Strategic Perspectives in Non-profit Management Course in Harvard Business School.

Ms So joined the Hong Kong Red Cross in 1990 participating in different major services and promoted to Secretary General in 2015 leading 1,300 staff members and 22,000 volunteers. She has been involving in a wide range of disaster relief and reconstruction projects all over the world. She is a member of the Field Assessment and Coordination Team (FACT) of the International Federation of Red Cross & Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), and the founding member of the IFRC Asia Pacific Fundraisers’ Network.

In 2006, Ms So was awarded The Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Hong Kong. In 2012, she established the Face-to-Face Monthly Giving Alliance in Hong Kong as founding Chairperson. Currently, she is the Vice Chairman of the Steering Committee on Work in Mainland China of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS), and the member of its Executive Committee. She is the Consultant of the Association Concerning Sexual Violence Against Women, Advisor of the InspiringHK Sports Foundation, and the member of the RTHK program Advisory Panel.
