Kris is the Executive Director of TREATS, a non-subvented NGO which has been serving Hong Kong since 1979. In the past years, she has served different roles in both large-scale organizations and self-finance charities, and collaborated extensively with people from different sectors. She led and launched innovative projects, fundraising, and corporate partnership initiatives with an impressive growth in funding income, no. of new services, and projects. Her areas of expertise including proposal writing & pitching, fundraising strategies, corporate partnership, strategic planning, NGO branding, and impact assessment.
