陳女士是社會工作學士及社會科學(犯罪學)碩士，社聯轄下少數族裔網絡小組主席。自2004年專責開展及督導各項少數族裔人士服務計劃，對相關工作具豐富經驗。曾為從事社會工作、教育及醫療專業人士等提供訓練。

Miss CHU YIN NGAN Doris, Bachelor of Social Work, is now working in Hong Kong Christian Service as Senior Social Worker of the Hong Kong Jockey Club Community Project Grant: Integrated Service Centre for Local South Asians. She is responsible for providing support service for ethnic minorities. She has rich experience in related aspects and had developed different empowerment service for South Asian ladies based on their specific needs
