Objective
Effective Human Resources Management is one of the critical success factors in corporate management and governance of NGOs. Its function has been extended to a horizon that people management is a "must” for every staff member holding a supervisory/managerial position. HKCSS Institute has organized the Certificate in HRM to facilitate supervisory and managerial staff to:
- strengthen the HR knowledge required in effective people management in the organization;
- enhance the skills required in managing people management related issues;
- understand the complimentary role of supervisors in achieving efficient and effective people management with the HR department.

鄺博士畢業於英國諾定咸大學,曾任職多家領先的媒體公司,於銷售及市場推廣方面擁有超過15年的成功經驗。鄺博士曾擔任英國特許市場學會(香港分會)的執行委員會成員,以及香港市務學會的培訓總監。他現在是一位培訓顧問,專門從事市場營銷,銷售,談判和客戶關係管理,並經常應邀擔任私營機構和非政府組織的培訓師。
