Introduction

Instead of theoretical lectures, the program is characterized with action learning design. Mr Chung is an instructional designer and facilitator with expertise in talent development, organization development, strategic planning, team alignment, project management, facilitation, and organizational performance consultancy. With over 23 years local and regional experience in training and consultancy in Asia organizations, Terence consulted or trained are diversified. Prior to starting Integral in 2004, he was the Principal Consultant of Forum Asia, where he was awarded the Chairman's Award. Before that, he was the Manager, Learning Solutions of Motorola University, and was awarded Creativity Award, Collaboration Award and President Award. Terence is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He has designed, facilitated and coached practical project management workshops in Hong Kong, China and Asia Pacific for different clients.
