Ms Ivy Chan is responsible to lead a team of accounting staff in managing the financial operation of the Scout Association, responsible for the development and implementation of accounting / financial management system. She possesses over 10 years of practical experiences in dealing with financial issues of NGO. Prior to her working for the NGO, she had over 8 years of accounting experiences in the business sector. She worked as consultant in the business field, to perform feasibility studies and financial monitoring of the business in Guangzhou.
