Joint Training to Middle Management Staff
Objective
The Programme is focused in these six themes to provide participants with the tools and frameworks needed to support and improve personal and organizational performances. It is expected to facilitate the participants to:
- broaden strategic horizons through interaction with distinguished trainers, guest and peers/ practitioners;
- learn powerful strategies, understand the gist of macro as micro skills with the board, planning strategically, leading change, managing internal and external communications effectively; and
- understand their own strengths and weaknesses, and develop plan(s) for continuous learning and professional growth.
