林女士在社會服務界別擁有超過10年的經驗，主力於NGO能力建設和跨界別合作發展等領域。她於2007年協助香港社會服務聯會成立了社聯學院，旨在促進業界的機構管理質素。她亦曾為不同的機構提供機構評估及人才發展等管理顧問項目，並主力負責業界的薪酬調查及領導模式等研究工作。林女士是認可的DISC職業行為分析師，並擁有社會心理學碩士(LSE)、商業經濟學碩士(CUHK)、管理顧問專業文憑(HKU)及工商管理學士(HKBU)。

湯女士現出任社會服務機構「親切」總監一職，過去一直帶領親切團隊進行重要的服務及機構革新，包括發展多元籌募模式、拓展商界伙伴協作、制定不同服務指標、提升機構透明和問責度，致力實踐小型機構獨有文化和在社會服務中擔當的崗位。

serving multi-thousand service users in Hong Kong. With his prior solid fundraising experience, he is now a trainer on Fundraising and Risk Management and has conducted lots of staff training for the NGOs on topics like Team Building, Creativity and Innovation, Leading Efficient Meeting, Resource Development, Efficient and Effective Supervision Funding Proposal. He is now the Chief Consultant of Ma Kam Wah & Co, a management consultancy supporting NGOs fundraising, strategic planning and risk management training.

蔡先生加入社聯前，曾在一所提供醫療、健康及社會服務的社會服務機構任職行政總裁。他分別於香港城市大學及美國聖路易市的華盛頓大學取得行政人員工商管理碩士以及社工碩士。蔡先生在社會服務界有豐富的經驗，致力為社會服務機構及商界企業之間建立合作和溝通的橋樑，主要計劃包括：「商界展關懷」計劃、「基金會網絡」及「惠施網」。

鄺博士畢業於英國諾定咸大學，曾任職多家領先的媒體公司，於銷售及市場推廣方面擁有超過15年的成功經驗。鄺博士曾擔任英國特許市場學會（香港分會）的執行委員會成員，以及香港市務學會的培訓總監。他現在是一位培訓顧問，專門從事市場營銷，銷售，談判和客戶關係管理，並經常應邀擔任私營機構和非政府組織的培訓師。

Mr. Steve Lam was previously the Deputy Director (Finance & General Administration) of a local NGO. With his experiences in the financial profession of over 30 years and in the social service organisations, he can provide insights to NGO staff in topics relating to financial management. Prior to joining NGO sector, he had rich experiences in financial and management accounting, financial management and taxation in the commercial sector. Steve is also an experienced trainer in many similar training courses for social work professionals and is a popular speaker in many NGO seminars with topics in relation to financial management. He is now an Honorary Lecturer in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration of the Hong Kong University and currently holds the qualifications of Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Management Accountant and Certified Practising Accountant (Australia).

劉先生過去十多年一直於社會福利和公共機構工作，如荔枝角醫院、香港紅十字會、醫院管理局東區尤德夫人那打素醫院、義務工作發展局。他具豐富的義務工作管理、培訓及義工服務經驗，包括精神病患者、殘疾人士、具發展障礙的兒童、長者和其他弱勢社群等。現時，劉先生致力為不同界別的義工、義工領袖及管理人員提供多元化的義務工作管理、領袖才能、團隊建設、風險管理、衝突處理之體驗式培訓課程及相關顧問服務。

劉先生畢業於香港樹仁學院持有輔導及心理學榮譽文憑，並持有澳洲新英倫大學的輔導學碩士學位、美國The Institute for Motivational Living DISC專業行為分析師及香港商業風險評估專業協會核准風險評估策劃師之資格。同時，為中國首位獲得美國Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration 的 Certified in Volunteer Administration之資格。

自90年代開始，卜先生曾在不同社會服務領域擔任管理職位，並在各大專院校兼任講師及導師，並連續多年被邀請在社會工作管理課程中擔任嘉賓講者。除了取得社會工作碩士外，他亦獲得哲學碩士(傳播)及科學碩士(資訊系統)學位。他並為香港電腦學會會員。

梁梓敦(Arnold)，本港註冊社工， 美國死亡教育及輔導學會(Association for Death Education and Counseling)的認可死亡學家(Certified Thanatologist)。從事臨終關懷、善別輔導、殯儀支援、生死教育及義工培訓等工作超過七年。2013年連同記者陳曉蕾女士合作出版本港第一本廣泛探討生死教育議題的書籍《死在香港》。由2014年9月開始擔任新城數碼生活台生死教育節目「不怕生死」的主持。

Mr. Chung has 30 years of working experience in Human Resources and Consulting field. He has assumed human resources leadership in different business natures such as hotel, food and beverage operations, estate management, transportation services and resort establishment. Hillman holds a master degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Surrey. He has been a licensed Trainer of a series of programs under an American consulting firm and accredited practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)® Step I & II, a certified administrator of DISC Behavioral Assessment and a certified coach of Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching.

繆女士畢業於香港中文大學英文系,香港大學犯罪學碩士,香港理工大學對外漢語教學碩士。持英國諾定咸大學(Post Grad)教育文憑。具多年公共事務顧問及培訓經驗，特別專長於政府、社區、傳媒關係和危機傳訊及管理。曾任公私營機構傳訊部門主管、廉政公署培訓主任等，並取得中國國家高級企業培訓師(副教授級)資格。

繆女士於2005年考取專業調解員資格，開始提供調解服務及出任調解課程導師及考評員。她於2009年成立專業和解顧問中心，培訓調解學員。2011年，繆女士獲委任為深圳民商事調解中心調解員，而在2012年更獲珠海市職工教育和職業培訓協會委任為高端服務業技能人才培訓專家。另外，繆女士設計的「國家調解員專業培訓證書課程」,榮獲中國職協2012年優秀科研成果課件類二等獎，並引進香港成為首個國家調解員專業培訓證書課程。多年來培訓上千調解員,其中包括社福界同工。
