In his current role, Daniel oversees a number of HR Functions including China and International HR Team, Management Training Team and Organization Development Team.

Before returning to HK, Daniel was based in Macao for 3 years and led Las Vegas Sands Corp’s human resources operations in Asia covering the Venetian Macao Resort Hotel, Sands Macao, Cotai Strip® project (developing 14 hotels, malls and casinos) in Macao , as well as Marina Bay Sands Singapore. Daniel spent 14 years in GE prior to relocating to Macao. During his tenure in GE, Daniel held a number of human resources leadership roles in Asia and was the first and only Asian recipient of the GE Global HR Excellence Award in 2005.
