This workshop isdesigned for management of NGOs on how to build a steady stream of people, or talent pipeline, for the sustainable development of the organization. Models and framework for assessment will be introduced. Practical examples, case analysis, exercises and discussion will be applied to reinforce the application of concepts and assessment tools.

In his current role, Daniel oversees a number of HR Functions including China and International HR Team, Management Training Team and Organization Development Team.
Before returning to HK, Daniel was based in Macao for 3 years and led Las Vegas Sands Corp’s human resources operations in Asia covering the Venetian Macao Resort Hotel, Sands Macao, Cotai Strip® project (developing 14 hotels, malls and casinos) in Macao , as well as Marina Bay Sands Singapore. Daniel spent 14 years in GE prior to relocating to Macao. During his tenure in GE, Daniel held a number of human resources leadership roles in Asia and was the first and only Asian recipient of the GE Global HR Excellence Award in 2005. |
