Objective

In this workshop, we will introduce how to overcome 5 dysfunctions of a team (based on Patrick Lencioni's bestselling book: The Five Dysfunctions of a Team) by building trust, mastering conflicts, achieving commitment, embracing accountability and focusing on results in order to continuously develop high performing team.

  • Understand the expectations for a cohesive team and its impact on the workplace
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the team using criterion based on the Five Dysfunctions of a Team model
  • Learn techniques for building trust and understanding conflict styles
  • Establish a plan for making progress on commitment, accountability and results
  • Learn techniques to gain trust, master conflict, achieve commitment, embrace accountability and focus on results 
  • Understand tools and techniques which could get their teams up and running quickly and effectively
