Objective

To improve your digital marketing communications channels through experience sharing and moderated group discussion

Content

Sharing and discussion with focus on the following digital marketing communications channels: 
Part 1 
- website, SEO, SEM
Part 2
- email, online advertising
Part 3
- social media

In each session:
- Students are to present  their experiences, learnings and challenges of their digital presences
- Breakout session with moderated group discussion on how we can improve their digital presences, with tangible, task oriented outcome.

[Homework for participants who sign-up for Session 2: 
-Gather at least one digital marketing communications related work you have done for sharing at the workshop
-Highlight the objective, strategy and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for each channel]

Target Participants : NGO staff who have already had 2 to 3 years working on, or managing, some forms of digital marketing channels, with experiences to share and more importantly, a lot of questions to ask. This course is designed for people who want to walk away with tangible improvements on their overall digital presence to achieve their communication goals.

He worked with clients across many industries on a variety of digital and integrated assignments. His diverse experience also includes software design engineering at Microsoft and research analysis at Lawrence & Co., a venture capital firm.
