Seasoned HR Professional
Mr Kung spent 32-year service with the Hong Kong Police and retired in the rank of Superintendent (Force Training Officer). In order to enrich his life and pursue his helping profession, Mr Kung was appointed as the counselling supervisor of the Enoch Christian Fellowship, HKPF after retirement. He has the experience of over 3,000-hours of face-to-face interviews with groups, couples and individuals.

Patrick is experienced in conducting workshops and training for the both public and private organisations, on crisis management, stress handling, complaint and conflict resolution, counselling and interpersonal related training. He holds a Master of Social Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, Hong Kong University, Master of Social Science in Counselling, University of South Australia, Diploma in Training Management, Chinese University, B.A. Hon. In Public Policy and Management, University of Ulster, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator licensed distributor; and NLP practitioner.
