Effective Branding for NGOs Series - Session 3: Social Media for NGO Branding (Full)

Introduction

This series aim to develop practical and essential branding skills for NGO managerial staff. It consists of three workshops, each covering different important aspects of branding concepts, strategies and tools. The workshops can be taken in any orders, and no pre-requisite workshop has to be taken before enrolling in any workshops.

Objective

 

• To understand how to use social media to build a brand
• To set strategies and learn practical skills in mastering social media as so to help accomplish business objectives

 

Content

• NGO landscape – overview of difficulties encountered, capital sources available and different business natures
• How to promote your business - theories, real-life current case studies, business methodology
• Social media methodology - how to start, strategies and budgeting
• Social CRM - CRM methodology, suitable platforms and engagement strategies
• Content marketing - new vs. old, tips, and tools
