機構能力建設與制度創新研討會系列 – 實例分享與研討 (研討會四)

機構發展，除有賴領導層的帶領，也需要組織架構、行政、資源或制度的配合。為歸納香港社會服務界有關的經驗，為社會服務機構的制度建設提供參考，社聯學院與香港大學香港賽馬會睿智計劃携手合作，進行了一項研究「機構能力建設與制度創新」的研究。透過分析多間中型至大型的社會服務機構過去十年，組織及制度上的發展，本研究成功歸納出22個機構制度發展的共同主題（制度建設單元），並將它們納於8個機構能力之中。*為更深入分享這些制度建設單元背後的實例與經驗，將舉行一系列研討會。

New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association
Ms Sania Yau is currently the Chief Executive Officer of New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association. Ms Yau is working with a team of 900 employees committed to the development and delivery of recovery-oriented mental health services to render residential, employment and training as well as community support for people in recovery and their families. The Association has been operating 20 social enterprises since 1994 to promote social inclusion and self-reliance for people in recovery through job training and employment. In addition, it launches mental health promotion and prevention programs and operates the New Life Institute of Psychiatric Rehabilitation to provide specialized training for mental health professionals. Sania will share her experience in working with local and international coaches.
Mr. Kwok Lit Tung, JP 郭烈東太平紳士

Mr. Kwok Lit-tung is a social worker by profession. He graduated from CUHK and has devoted to serve the disadvantaged groups through his employment in the social service sector. He joined St. James’ Settlement in 1986 and acquired rich experience in Community Development and Elderly Care Services and was elected Outstanding Social Worker in 1998. He has become the CEO of Christian Family Service Centre since 2004. For the past 17 years, he has focused his work in leading and transforming his organization. Mr. Kwok has served in various government advisory committees and is currently a member of the Town Planning Board. He also serves in a number of NGO Boards and is now the Chairperson of the HKCSS Institute.
