Objective

Its function has been extended to a horizon that people management is a "must” for every staff member holding a supervisory/managerial position. HKCSS Institute has organized the Certificate in HRM to facilitate supervisory and managerial staff to:

Certificates
1. "Certificate in Human Resource Management for NGOs” will be issued by the HKCSS Institute to participants who enrolled for the full certificate course, including sessions 1 to 5, and with attendance at least 24 hours out of 30 hours.
2. Attendance Certificates will be issued to participants upon completion of each individual whole session.


Course Structure
For certificate course, compulsory sessions are 1a, 3, 4 & 5. For selective sessions, please choose either 1b or 1c & 2a or 2b or 2c. Please choose your desired selective sessions at the time submitting your application form.
