【NGO薪酬調查2016專題講座系列－善用人力資源數據為機構把脈】

「NGO薪酬調查」的目的是為社會服務機構提供用作參考有關薪酬及福利的資料，藉此幫助社會服務機構釐定相關策略，改進人力資源管理，以面對營運挑戰。2016的調查報告經已發佈。不少參與機構希望進一步探討薪酬及流失率等人力資源問題。為此，HKCSS Institute將舉辦兩場免費專題講座，討論薪酬架構的制定及人才流失等問題，與參與機構交流經驗，探討如何應用各種人力資源數據，分析有關問題。

NGO薪酬調查2016為機構提供了53個基準職位的薪酬數據，包括這些職位的薪酬架構及現職同事薪金水平等市場數據，有助機構按自己的需要及能力，制定合適的薪酬水平。

Speaker(s)	:	Mr. K T Lai 黎鑑棠先生 F.I.H.R.M (HK), M.HKIoD Independent Human Resources Consultant With over forty years of service in the people management profession, Mr Lai is experienced in HR management strategy, reward management, performance management, employee engagement and succession planning. Prior to his current role, he was the Group HR Manager of CLP Holdings, Ltd., the parent company of China Light & Power Group, managing the Group's remuneration policies and practices, as well as its HR Information System. He is also a regular speaker and guest lecturer at local universities and professional bodies.
