Introduction

It’s 08:55, Monday morning, you walk into the lift bumping into three of your team members. It’s a "good morning, how are you?” from the Gen X colleague, a simple "hi” from a Gen Y, and a Gen Z just give you a barely noticeable eye contact and a mild nod in a split of a second before refocusing on the mobile phone screen…

Yes, this is the most challenging time in history for leaders to effectively deliver results through their team with members from all of Gen X, Y and Z. They have different beliefs, characteristics, styles, behaviors and ways of doing things whilst working side by side on a daily basis.
