HR Essence in Performance Management and Coaching
Introduction
Performance Management is an essential core management competency for supervisors and managers, serving as the backbone of a high-performing organisation. Engaging in effective performance conversations not only deepens your understanding of your colleagues’ potential and characteristics, but also plays a crucial role in enhancing their performance to align with the organisational vision and values, strengthening the overall effectiveness of the organisation.
In this workshop, participants will acquire practical skills in conducting performance conversations and evaluations, learning to identify and proactively address performance challenges. Through workplace case studies, hands-on practice, and group discussions, participants will have the opportunity to apply theoretical concepts to real-world situations, thereby enhancing their capabilities in performance management and effectively fostering staff performance and development within your team.

Mr. CHUNG Hillman 鍾衍文先生

Mr. Chung has 38 years of working experience in Human Resources and Consulting field. He has assumed human resources leadership in different business natures such as hotel, food and beverage operations, estate management, transportation services and resort establishment. Hillman holds a master degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Surrey. He has been a licensed Trainer of a series of programs under an American consulting firm and accredited practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)® Step I & II, a certified administrator of DISC Behavioral Assessment and a certified coach of Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching.
