Introduction
In today’s increasingly demanding service environment, NGOs middle and senior management staff are expected not only to maintain high standards of service quality, but also to respond swiftly to changes while ensuring organisational stability and long-term development. However, with rising operational demands and ongoing manpower constraints, many middle and senior management staff find themselves juggling frontline support, team supervision, and administrative duties. As a result, they are often consumed by day-to-day operations, leaving limited capacity for forward planning and strategic thinking needed to tackle future challenges, ultimately affecting service effectiveness and sustainability.
In this context, effective talent management becomes a critical lever for enhancing managerial effectiveness. By equipping themselves with talent and HR management knowledge and practical tools, middle and senior management staff can use systematic tools to refine their management approaches, strengthen staff engagement and performance, and foster stronger team collaboration. This programme is tailored for NGO middle and senior management staff from diverse professional backgrounds, including but not limited to service development, corporate development, and human resources management, and beyond. Certificate Arrangement
Participants who have attained at least 80% attendance of the course will be awarded a certificate of completion jointly issued by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) and The Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management (HKIHRM).

MMDP alumni enjoy an additional 20% discount on top of the HKCSS Agency Member Staff rate, making the course fee $3,960.
