Strategic Problem Solving and Decision Making for Leaders: Navigate Complexity, Drive Results

Introduction

In today’s rapidly evolving and uncertain operational environment, NGO leaders are expected to respond to multiple and complex challenges quickly and effectively. These include shifting stakeholder expectations, ongoing uncertainty in resources and funding, increasing service demands, and the growing need for cross-team and cross-disciplinary collaboration. What once were occasional disruptions have now become part of everyday operations. In such contexts, the ability to think clearly and make sound decisions—even when information is incomplete or conditions are changing—becomes essential for leading teams with confidence and sustaining deep, long-term impact.

This workshop equips participants with practical frameworks and tools to break down complex problems, identify root causes, evaluate options, and make informed choices. Through real-world case studies, collaborative exercises, and expert facilitation, participants will strengthen their ability to navigate ambiguity, improve the quality of decisions, translate insight into action, and drive continuous performance and impact.
