【Talent Insights Series】From Happiness to Engagement: Building a Sustainable People-Centric Culture

Introduction

In today’s fast-changing business environment, organisations face intensifying competition for talent and evolving workforce expectations. Building leadership from within has become a strategic HR priority for driving sustainable growth and ensuring long-term business success.

Beyond competitive rewards and career opportunities, organisations must create a people ecosystem that integrates high-impact learning and development, staff engagement, employee well-being, and a strong organisational culture. Such an ecosystem enables employees to grow, realise their potential, and develop a stronger sense of belonging and commitment.

Objective

Drawing on Tam Jai International’s talent development experience, this session will explore how strategic L&D and engagement initiatives can build internal leadership pipelines and enhance talent retention in developing people capability and sustainable organisational growth.
