Prior joining BOKSS, Mr Tsang was Deputy Chief Executive (Corporate Development) of the Hong Kong YWCA. Started his career in Social Service as a Youth outreaching social worker, then committed in training, re-training, employment and employee assistance programme, Mr Tsang has rich experience in management, training and consultancy. The Government Departments he served including the Education Bureau, Civil Service Bureau and Correctional Service Department of Hong Kong and Social Work Bureau of Macau. Mr Tsang holds Bachelor Degree of Social Work, Master Degree in Management (Public Sector Management) and Master Degree of Social Science in Criminology.
