Graduated from the University of Southwestern Medical Center at Texas, USA, major in Rehabilitation Science, Nancy has extensive experience in serving on various committees of the Social Welfare Department, Education Bureau, Hospital Authority, ICAC as well as the HKCSS. The Society pioneered a self financing initiative in 2000 which gives parents a choice other than public and private services.

Dr. Joseph Wong is a management training expert and a seasoned management practitioner with more than twenty-five years’ experience in people development and service management. Mr Pang is a Registered Social Worker, Certified Gambling Counselor, Mental Health Instructor and Narrative Therapy Practitioner. With over 15 years of work experience in NGOs, Antony focused on children and youth work and pioneered the first Asset Based Approach project in Hong Kong. Antony started his journey on Social Enterprise (SE) experience since 2008 with the award winning project, "BiciLine–Bicycle eco-tourism". Antony joined DiD in 2010 and chooses to start his work wholeheartedly in SE field, aiming to make greater impact to the society through SE.

Ms Sania Yau is currently the Chief Executive Officer of New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association. Ms Yau is working with a team of 900 employees committed to the development and delivery of recovery-oriented mental health services to render residential, employment and training as well as community support for people in recovery and their families. The Association has been operating 20 social enterprises since 1994 to promote social inclusion and self-reliance for people in recovery through job training and employment. In addition, it launches mental health promotion and prevention programs and operates the New Life Institute of Psychiatric Rehabilitation to provide specialized training for mental health professionals. Sania will share her experience in working with local and international coaches.

Financial Management Consultant
Mr. Steve Lam was previously the Deputy Director (Finance & General Administration) of a local NGO. With his experiences in the financial profession of over 30 years and in the social service organisations, he can provide insights to NGO staff in topics relating to financial management. Prior to joining NGO sector, he had rich experiences in financial and management accounting, financial management and taxation in the commercial sector. Steve is also an experienced trainer in many similar training courses for social work professionals and is a popular speaker in many NGO seminars with topics in relation to financial management. He is now an Honorary Lecturer in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration of the Hong Kong University and currently holds the qualifications of Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Management Accountant and Certified Practising Accountant (Australia).

Before founded SVhk in 2007,Francis was Assistant Vice President/ Head of Strategy in a listed technology conglomerate in HK,he is now serving a number of government advisory bodies and also a part-time visiting lecturer in universities, focusing in social innovation and entrepreneurship.
