在數碼轉型的新世代下,人與人之間的聯繫及溝通都有著不同程度的改變。隨著數碼轉型的大趨勢,社福機構在傳統的線下服務模式以外,亦可善用數碼及社交媒體平台提升服務知名度,同時更有效地發掘及連繫到潛在的服務對象。科技日新月異,社福界應如何裝備自己,提升數碼營銷和社交媒體管理的知識和技能,讓機構在充滿挑戰的社會下仍能有效地發揮其影響力?

HKCSS Institute 與 Meta 合作舉辦《社福機構數碼營銷教室:社交媒體應用工作坊》,讓社福界同工提升數碼營銷及社交媒體的知識及應用技巧,並洞悉數碼轉型的大趨勢,為日後創新的營銷手法做好準備。

Objective

  • To equip the participants with the latest updates on the use of Meta technologies for NGOs to reach out more effectively to their target groups for various good causes
  • To demonstrate the best practices in Hong Kong to inspire NGOs and embark the digital transformation journey
  • To enhance the PR and communication strategies of NGOs so as to maximize the influence of NGOs and create a positive impact in the communities through the digital platform

Prior to Meta, Aurora has spent more than a decade in the field of digital developments, including in partnership and marketing positions for Google, Ogilvy, and Baidu, among others.
