Dr. Joseph Wong is a management training expert and a seasoned management practitioner with more than twenty-five years’ experience in people development and service management. He has been the head of education services, senior manager of technical services, quality management and business development of Hewlett-Packard, and holds a Doctor of Education degree in lifelong education from the University of Nottingham.

Joseph has trained more than 20,000 managers and professionals in NGOs and commercial organizations in the areas of project management, service management, agile leadership, strategic planning, innovation and DISC. He is renowned for his interactive approach and the ability of integrating management best practices and making them simple and easy to apply.

Joseph is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), advanced DISC practitioner and behavioral consultant, and MBTI administrator.

Under Mr Ma’s 16 years’ leadership, SCHSA is now commented as the most successfully self-financed social enterprise
serving multi-thousand service users in Hong Kong. With his prior solid fundraising experience, he is now a trainer on Fundraising and Risk Management and has conducted lots of staff training for the NGOs on topics like Team Building, Creativity and Innovation, Leading Efficient Meeting, Resource Development, Efficient and Effective Supervision Funding Proposal. He is now the Chief Consultant of Ma Kam Wah & Co, a management consultancy supporting NGOs fundraising, strategic planning and risk management training.

Ms Cheng is the District Director (Tung Chung, Island and Tai Po District) of HK Sheung Kung Hui Welfare Council. She has rich experience in supervising various social services, such as total integrated social services, children and youth services, family services, elderly services and so forth. She is also an experienced trainer and provides various trainings to the NGOs, Government, schools and private sectors, such as NLP, Hypnosis, Creativity and Innovation Management. She is the author of “Creativity and Social Workers”.

Ms Yu possesses more than 25 years work experience in tourism, financial & training fields. She was responsible for training and coaching all frontline sales and oversee the entire operation and front lines servicing, set direction and strategies for market segment. She has been accredited as Certified International Services Quality Management Practitioner (ISQMP), Internal Quality Auditor of Qualicert® by SGS. Besides, she also certified as Professional Corporate Trainer (Level 1) by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China. She has a highly successful track record in working with groups and facilitating learning, activities and interpersonal communication for all levels of participants.

Mr Lee is a vibrant consultant and trainer with 20 years of rich experience in business improvement, management consulting, training and development. Lively delivery, flexible approach and focus on creating learning experience for lasting personal and business improvement and changes. He assisted a wide spectrum of organizations, including business, government, and NGOs, to improve processes, strategy, service design, and the review of overall management systems. He has designed and delivered training programs to over 10,000senior and middle level managers in Hong Kong & PRC to effect business improvement.

International Federation on Ageing亞太區主席、世界衛生組織「全球長者友善城市網絡」策略諮詢小組委員。一直著力將服務發展與創新結合，建立不同的示範項目，帶領機構起草《香港高齡化行動方案》，以支持聯合國國際老齡問題行動。2009年以社會工作和發展作框架，聯絡世衞及中國老齡工作辦公室，協調區議會、學界、民間團體，部門、商界和個人，推動《長者友善城市》發展。
