Preventing and Managing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace
Introduction
平等機會委員會於2017/2018年度處理了300多宗有關《性別歧視條例》的投訴,當中約36%涉及工作間的性騷擾。僱主亦有機會因僱員作出違法的性騷擾行為而負上法律責任。因此,僱主及人力資源從業員有必要認識及預防在工作間出現的性騷擾情況,以作合適應對。本課程除解釋「性騷擾」的法律定義及法律責任外,亦會向參加者介紹處理性騷擾投訴的原則,及預防性騷擾的措施等。
