Susan So is the Director of Hong Kong Society for the Protection of Children, which is one of pioneers in child care services since 1926. HKSPC provides child care, early education and enhance social development of children, is dedicated to partner with parents to build a good foundation for children in their lifelong learning and development and has a special interest to protect vulnerable or deprived children and promote their welfare.

Susan is a social worker and a family therapist that has over 30 years of experience in direct practice, training and management for children, youth and family services. She is active in professional as well as policy issues and has been an active advocate on policy and social issues that affect children and families.

Dr Susan Fan graduated from the Medical Faculty of the University of Hong Kong in 1984 and and is a Member of the UK Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. She also holds a Diploma in Child Health from Ireland and a Master's degree in Public Administration (HKU). She served at the Queen Mary and Tsan Yuk Hospitals before joining the Hospital Authority in 1992. In 1995 she became Executive Director of The Family Planning Association of Hong Kong, and has sought to broaden its scope of services from family planning and birth control towards high-quality comprehensive sexual and reproductive health care. Dr Fan serves on numerous government advisory bodies in the fields of health, HIV/AIDS, drug abuse, education and population policy. She contributes to clinical teaching as Honorary Clinical Associate Professor in the University of Hong Kong. Dr Fan is a recipient of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons Award in 2000 and was appointed a Justice of the Peace in 2013.

趙漢文先生從事社會工作達廿四年，先後取得香港大學「非營利管理」及「精神健康」社會科學碩士、澳洲南昆士蘭大學工商管理碩士、與及香港理工大學社會工作(榮譽)學士。於1995年加入浸信會愛羣社會服務處至今，現職為副總幹事，先後從事青少年工作、精神復康、就業培訓及扶貧服務，具備超過二十年就業輔導、商界企業社會責任項目(CSR)，與及營辦社會企業經驗。於2009年積極開拓食物援助創新服務，帶起熱食服務在業界一股新力量，成為香港社區扶貧服務的一個重要里程。

趙先生經常為社福界、特區政府及大學擔任食物援助及創新項目分享嘉賓，更於上年度年遠赴美國哈佛商學院接受非營利組織行政人員深造課程。

Ms So hosts Master Degree in New Media, and Strategic Perspectives in Non-profit Management Course in Harvard Business School.

Ms So joined the Hong Kong Red Cross in 1990 participating in different major services and promoted to Secretary General in 2015 leading 1,300 staff members and 22,000 volunteers. She has been involving in a wide range of disaster relief and reconstruction projects all over the world. She is a member of the Field Assessment and Coordination Team (FACT) of the International Federation of Red Cross & Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), and the founding member of the IFRC Asia Pacific Fundraisers’ Network.

In 2006, Ms So was awarded The Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Hong Kong. In 2012, she established the Face-to-Face Monthly Giving Alliance in Hong Kong as founding Chairperson. Currently, she is the Vice Chairman of the Steering Committee on Work in Mainland China of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS), and the member of its Executive Committee. She is the Consultant of the Association Concerning Sexual Violence Against Women, Advisor of the InspiringHK Sports Foundation, and the member of the RTHK program Advisory Panel.

楊建霞女士現任香港基督教女青年會總幹事、中央政策組特邀顧問、婦女事務委員會委員、社會企業總會理事、香港社會服務聯會業界及能力發展常設委員會委員及團結香港基金顧問。

紀博士為豐盛社企學會會長、香港浸會大學工商管理學院客席教授及香港理工大學應用社會科學系顧問委員會成員。現為扶貧委員會「社會創新及創業發展基金專責小組」組員、香港中華基督教青年會董事以及仁愛堂中醫醫院特別顧問小組顧問，亦是伯特利神學院城市宣教學的客席教授及博士候選人的評審委員。紀博士曾經擔任民政事務局「社企咨詢委員會」委員及勞工福利局「社區投資共享基金」委員。退休前，紀博士任職HP惠普環球副總裁及香港公司董事總經理，在港京滬工作多年，負責四十億港元的業務。

Ms Sania Yau is currently the Chief Executive Officer of New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association. Ms Yau is working with a team of 900 employees committed to the development and delivery of recovery-oriented mental health services to render residential, employment and training as well as community support for people in recovery and their families. The Association has been operating 20 social enterprises since 1994 to promote social inclusion and self-reliance for people in recovery through job training and employment. In addition, it launches mental health promotion and prevention programs and operates the New Life Institute of Psychiatric Rehabilitation to provide specialized training for mental health professionals. Sania will share her experience in working with local and international coaches.

Mr. Kwok Lit-tung is a social worker by profession. He graduated from CUHK and has devoted to serve the disadvantaged groups through his employment in the social service sector. He joined St. James’ Settlement in 1986 and acquired rich experience in Community Development and Elderly Care Services and was elected Outstanding Social Worker in 1998. He has become the CEO of Christian Family Service Centre since 2004. For the past 17 years, he has focused his work in leading and transforming his organization. Mr. Kwok has served in various government advisory committees and is currently a member of the Town Planning Board. He also serves in a number of NGO Boards and is now the Chairperson of the HKCSS Institute.
