處理服務單位突發事故應變
目標
不同的服務單位或多或少都有機構出現突發事故，例如停電、被爆竊、服務對象情緒失控，火警、被刑毀、爆發傳染病等。機構內部的服務質素標準(SQS)雖然已定下不少指引可供參考，但單位主管仍需根據即時應變，以減低事故對服務及服務使用者的影響。本課程透過參加者參與實戰的應變攻略，有助同工未雨綢繆，在危機發生時能作出更佳的決定及反應。

Ms Lam has been in managerial positions of social services since 1983, with experiences in youth services, elderly services, social work education and training. Currently she serves the government, educational institutes, NGO and enterprise of Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas countries for research, training and strategic consultancy. Rita was the co-founder of Hong Kong Federation of Women‘s Centers, Cyber Senior Network Development Association Ltd, Hand-in-hand Network for Tsunami Suffering Families in Hong Kong. She is Associate Fellow of Hong Kong Professional Counseling Association.
