Dr. Suen Lap Man 孫立民博士

盈力顧員服務顧問
孫立民博士為公營機構及私人企業提供管理顧問服務、培訓及顧僱員輔導，例如牛奶公司集團、港鐵、中電、公務員事務局及醫管局等。孫博士進行過多項本土顧僱員的研究，包括職場欺凌及三低員工等，他對提升員工動力甚有心得。曾為多個政府部門（康文署、庫務署等）和公司（QBE保險、SGS等）主辦變革管理工作坊。孫博士亦經常為傳媒及網站（例如經濟日報和Recruit）提供人事管理意見和撰寫專欄。
