目標

Effective Human Resources Management is one of the critical success factors in corporate management and governance of NGOs. Its function has been extended to a horizon that people management is a "must” for every staff member holding a supervisory/managerial position. HKCSS Institute has organized the Certificate in HRM to facilitate supervisory and managerial staff to:
-strengthen the HR knowledge required in effective people management in the organization
-enhance the skills required in managing people management related issues
-understand the complimentary role of supervisors in achieving efficient and effective people management with the HR department

主講嘉賓	:	Mr. K T Lai 黎鑑棠先生 F.I.H.R.M (HK), M.HKIoD Independent Human Resources Consultant With over forty years of service in the people management profession, Mr Lai is experienced in HR management strategy, reward management, performance management, employee engagement and succession planning. Prior to his current role, he was the Group HR Manager of CLP Holdings, Ltd., the parent company of China Light & Power Group, managing the Group's remuneration policies and practices, as well as its HR Information System. He is also a regular speaker and guest lecturer at local universities and professional bodies.

Certificates
1. "Certificate in Human Resource Management for NGOs” will be issued by the HKCSS Institute to participants who enrolled for the full certificate course, including sessions 1 to 5, and with attendance at least 24 hours out of 30 hours.
2. Attendance Certificates will be issued to participants upon completion of each individual whole session.

Course Structure
For certificate course, compulsory sessions are 1a, 3, 4 & 5. For selective sessions, please choose either 1b or 1c & 2a or 2b or 2c. Please choose your desired selective sessions at the time submitting your application form.
