簡介

The 2nd Executive Leadership Development Programme was launched in end Feb, 2017. It is designed to prepare new leaders of the sector to communicate effectively with different stakeholders to exert influence for the good of society and become the engine of the development of the sector.

Affiliate participants are welcome for individual workshops.

To enhance the participants’ awareness and techniques in managing the impressions of key stakeholders in terms of branding and engagement.

Mr. TSUI Vincent 徐緣先生
Chief Marketing Officer
Next Mobile
Mr Vincent Tsui is Chief Marketing Officer of Next Mobile Limited and the Executive Editor-In-Chief of Apple Daily. Mr Tsui has over 16 years of marketing and sales experience. Prior to joining the Group in 2014, he was the Marketing Director of Mentholatum, and responsible for marketing function in multinational companies including Unilever & British American Tobacco. Mr Tsui graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and also obtained a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of London. He was also a part time lecturer of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Polytechnic University, teaching marketing courses. He published marketing & business management related articles and books under the pen name “Tsui Yuen” (徐緣).
Prof. TSUI Bernadette 徐詠璇教授

Bernadette’s rich experience in institutional advancement is captured in her book “The City with a Heart - Stories of Giving from Hong Kong and Hong Kong University”, published in 2014.
She is Honorary Professor of Practice at The University of Hong Kong, and her academic interests include philanthropic studies, NGO management and civil society. She also teaches fundraising for The Education University of Hong Kong (EMA in Arts Management and Entrepreneurship) as well as the Hong Kong Academy for the Performing Arts (Master of Fine Arts in Theatre and Entertainment Arts). She is an advocate of CASE - Council for Advancement and Support of Education, headquartered in Washington DC - currently serving as CASE Asia-Pacific's faculty for the training institutes in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
She received her BA and MPhil in drama from HKU, and pursued theatre studies at New York University as well as in Japan and Germany. She started as a stage director and later worked in television and radio. She has a regular column in the Hong Kong Economic Journal, Hong Kong's leading business newspaper.
Mr. CHEUNG Leong 張亮先生

Charities and Community, The Hong Kong Jockey Club
Mr Leong Cheung joined The Hong Kong Jockey Club as the Executive Director, Charities and Community in 2014.
Mr Cheung has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). He joined Bain Capital in 2008 and was their Operating Partner. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Global Sourcing & Supply Chain at Esquel Group, the founder and CEO of an education related Internet venture, CampusAll, in Mainland China, and a senior consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.
Mr Cheung has always been active in public services. He started working on charities and community related work while at Esquel. He helped the firm set up an education foundation in Xinjiang in 2002, building schools and libraries in the rural areas. He is currently Chairman of RunOurCity, an innovative social enterprise he co-founded with the aim of transforming life through running.
