如何為團隊帶領20分鐘的反思活動

目標

"Refreshers” are always used for sustaining management as well as operation effectiveness. They can remind the staff what should do and sometime provide insights for what can be better. For long time, refreshers take place in form of training workshops or development programs of one day or even longer. However, some simple tricks or activities are found useful to stimulate or energize people to reflect on some key issues related to their work effectiveness. This workshop is aimed at providing participants, not necessarily with training role, an opportunity to understand the essence of experiential learning and to learn how to lead some short reflective activities which are effective in refreshing or stimulating their team in key practices at work.

內容

Ÿ Understand the essence of experiential learning and how to use it at work
Ÿ How to lead experiential or reflective activities during daily work schedule
Ÿ Know more than 12 reflective activities which are related to management/leadership areas (such as communication, problem solving and motivation) and can be done within 20 minutes
Ÿ Grasp the tricks in leading reflective activities at work
